A serial killer steeps Marseilles in blood. Louis Schneider, a cop at the regional crime squad, leads the investigation, despite his taste for alcohol and the ghosts of his past. The past also rises to the surface for Justine. Twenty-five years earlier, her parents were brutally murdered by Charles Subra. Schneider had arrested him back then, but today, due to the combination of a remission and good conduct, Subra is out of prison. This early release will bring Schneider and Justine together, two people who try to survive the drama of their lives.
